Instructions: With clear focus & intent, start by breathing in deeply for a few minutes. Take deep inhales, followed by gently exhales. After five to ten breathes, center your mind, & focus on the peaceful sensation within your Heart Chakra within the center of your chest. Take your Palo Santo Chips & lay them in a fireproof bowl or ashtray. Take a match or lighter & place it into the pile of Palo Santo Chips. Allow the flame to ignite your pile of chips. Then gently blow the flame out. Your chips should have an orange burning ember being produced from them. You can then move the smoke being produced with your hands, a feather, or even with your breathe. Allow this smoke to pass over the objects, area, & person you are intending to cleanse & purify. You can also use Palo Santo Chips on charcoal of you like.
