PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders requiring Magickal Apotheckary Items may require extra times to be shipped to your location, regardless of the shipping method selected. Picking Priority Shipping WILL NOT guarantee that the items arrive in a day or two to your location. There is only one person who makes these items. They are hand made & blended specifically for you. They require slightly extra time to be processed & blended for you. If you're situation is time sensitive & requires faster processing call us at 412.622.0113 during our normal business hours prior to placing your order to find out what our turnaround time might be regarding your items.

Welcome to our new Website! We’ve built our site with you, our customers in mind. We've written explanations with all of our items for sale, just like we do in person. We're still here to assist, educate, & help you with your product choices to fulfill your requirements.
We have many options to help keep everyone safe while also offering everyone the opportunity to shop & get their required Metaphysical supplies. Our store front is open Monday to Saturday from 12 to 5 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: MASKS ARE STILL HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, BUT NO LONGER REQUIRED IN THE STORE DURING YOUR VISIT! If your are sick or have recently been sick, please do not visit the store. Feel free to use our curbside pickup or mailing options if needed. Complimentary masks are still available if you would like to wear one during your visit & forgot your own mask. Staff are vaxed & boosted, plus we will still wear masks.
For the time being, we are still implementing an occupancy limit within the shop of 8 individuals at one time. If you arrive at our shop & we are at maximum occupancy we have chairs outside for you to sit in during your wait. Most wait times are around 5-10 minutes.
CURBSIDE ORDER PICKUP FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS:
We are excited to offer customers the ability to purchase items through this site & you can pick-up your order via curbside within a few days of your order & sometimes the same day (depending on what had been purchased & time of day you place your order).
During checkout on our website you will be able to select the Local Pickup option instead of normal shipping. Your order will then be fulfilled by our team. Any custom products will be made ASAP & within the order they are received. DO NOT SIMPLY SHOW-UP TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO BEING NOTIFIED VIA TEXT, PHONE, OR EMAIL!!! Many items like oils, custom carved candles, & other products may require us to physically make them prior to fulfilling your order. There are only two people making ALL of the Root Magick, Magickal Apotheckary, Carved Candles, Alchemical Waters/Sprays, etc.. Our items are made with the finest ingredients, with the utmost attention & focus to every detail. This care often requires us to only make certain products within certain Astrological & Planetary influences. Such attention & perfection cannot be rushed!
You will get email updates or text notification on where we are at in your order fulfillment & when your order is available to be picked up. We will also direct you to a convenient location near the shop to wait for one of us to come out with your order. This way you can safely shop from the comfort of your home & still get the products you need from us - plus your don't have to worry about parking!
ORDER SHIPMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
If you would prefer to just have us ship your order to you via the USPS mail service, that option will be available at checkout through this site or when ordering from Facebook Messenger, Email, or via Phone Orders.
All of our packages & shipping is done through USPS & is either First Class (available for smaller orders) or via Priority Mail for orders where that is the cheapest option available.
Shipments are usually mailed within 3 to 4 business days. If you have purchased custom items (like items from the Magickal Apotheckary Collection, Custom Carved Candles, Alchemy Bracelets, etc.) please allow a little longer time for us to process & fulfill your order. Custom items are only created at the time of purchase & are not prepackaged items. You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled & packaged. Then another email to let you know what your order tracking number is. Since most packages are shipped via First Class or USPS, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days after we mail your items. Selecting PRIORITY MAIL at checkout will not speed up the time required for us to make your items, it only speeds up the delivery times once your package is taken to the Post Office.

If you order products from us through Facebook Messenger or Email an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal. Please include your PayPal account information.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING STOCK & PRODUCT INVENTORY:
Some of our suppliers are having difficulty keeping certain items in stock during this continued Global Pandemic. Some countries that make certain items we sell are still having difficulty with Covid within their country. Some countries are still not allowing items to be exported via mail. Other items like certain Resins, Roots, Herbs, etc. are in high demand & the manufacturing facilities are not allowed to process or make various items. Due to these issues, various items have had price increases. For instance Dragon's Blood Resin has gone up in price drastically due to the pandemic. We expect that these prices will start to fall as more & more populations have access to vaccinations.
We are working to acquire products & replenish our supplies, inventories as fast as possible. Our site will be updated daily with product inventory & new items we receive will be added as soon as possible. Please be patient during this time & if you do not see an item on our site at this time, send us a message so we can see if we can acquire it.
